Hyperliquid wallet risk health report across ALL perp dexes (main + HIP-3 builder dexes like xyz, flx, vntl, hyna, km, cash, para). Grade A-F driven by effective leverage (worst of cross-bucket ratio and max live effective leverage on any isolated position) + distance-to-liquidation. For isolated positions, effective leverage = notional / marginUsed, capturing drift from the initial setting as PnL moves margin. Separately reports cross leverage, max isolated leverage, cross maintenance margin %, per-dex summaries, and per-position detail (side, notional, PnL, liq price, mark, pct-to-liq, leverage setting vs effective leverage, coin max leverage). Pass optional `dex` (e.g. 'xyz') to scope to a single dex. Grading: A (lev<1, all pct-to-liq>30%), B (<2, >15%), C (<3, >10%), D (<5, >5%), F (>=5 or any pct-to-liq<=5%). Input: { walletAddress, dex? }. Output: structured JSON.
